中国/能源: 中国出台新政策鼓励太阳能发电 Sep 30th 2013, 15:42, by 法广 最近几年，中国的光伏工业发展迅速。但由于市场需求有限，导致中国的太阳能产品供多于求大量积压。加之与欧盟及美国在这一问题上的贸易争端，中国的太阳能企业限于严重的债务危机。 据新华社报道，位居中国前十的太阳能板生产商的总债务高达1000亿元人民币。 据中国媒体报道，中国光伏电站运营企业目前的增值税率为17%，下调50%即相当于每度并网电价上调2至四分人民币，这意味着电站盈利率将上升1%至2%。 中国媒体引述业内人士说，目前光伏企业的盈利率不足9%，新的措施将直接利好光伏下游企业，同时促进上游企业受惠。 Media files: jpg_774.
