中国/社会: 一名甘肃初中生微博质疑警方处理命案被拘引发网络热议 Sep 20th 2013, 21:02, by 法广 据本台驻香港特约记者引述《京华时报》报道，甘肃省张家川县官方18日晚对外公布，该县9月12日一名男子从高处堕下致死，并无可疑，但案件发生后，有人利用网络平台虚构事 实，扰乱公共秩序，于是惩处七人，主要是罚款，但其中一人因发帖转载五百次以上，情节严重，故将此名姓杨的初中三年级学生刑事拘留，他"或将面临检察机关的公 诉"。 该事件引发网民热议，有网民指"提出质疑岂能跟造谣画上等号"，忧虑警方滥权；另有微博实名认证为浙江工业大学法学院副院长李永红在微博指，按照未成年人保护法和宽严相济的刑事政策，杨生应该避免羁押，据李庄在新浪微博的转发，一名重庆律师目前已前往甘肃，为这名中学生提供法律援助。   Media files: png_6_0.
