中国/贪腐: 原吉林副省长田学仁一审被判无期徒刑 Nov 1st 2013, 14:52, by 法广 北京市第一中级人民法院在其微博上称 : "田学仁身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利为他人谋取利益，以及利用本人职权、地位形成的便利条件……非法收受他人财物，其行为已构成受贿罪，" 法院称，1995年至2011年间，田学仁为他人在获取贷款、承揽业务、晋升职务等事项上谋取利益。法院还指出，田学仁归案后主动交代有关部门尚不掌握的大部分受贿事实，认罪态度较好。 Media files: 2013-11-01- chine-tian xueren.jpg (image/jpeg)
