中国: 温州"双规"官员被闷水致死：6人被公诉 Sep 4th 2013, 13:25, by 法广 事件发生于今年4月，死者於其一是原温州市工业投资集团有限公司党委委员、总工程师。4月8日晚，正处于"双规"期间的於其一被送入温州市当地的医院，抢救无效死亡。家属称，他们赶到医院时，发现死者身上多处有伤，据此怀疑他遭刑讯逼供致死。 在家属的强烈要求下，浙江省公安厅指定衢州市公安局对此事立案调查。此案已进入公诉阶段，并由衢州市中院受理。 目前，上海大邦律师事务所律师吴鹏彬接受於其一家属的委托。吴鹏彬周二告诉京华时报记者，衢州市中院目前未宣布开庭日期，但"估计不会太久。" Media files: jpeg_46.
